OG C3 Memes

I'd like to report OG C3 Memes for his abuse of power. Today he has repeatedly violated NLR to get back at me because party members killed him, and went as far as to not even let me and another party member leave spawn by killing us the moment we were in view. He claimed that we were violating NLR, but we were killed in the Ghetto area (where he was killing us from) and made no attempts to return there as we were waiting for NLR to be non-applicable. He also violated NLR to rdm me after one of my party members killed him. He also was constantly using admin commands to reset his HP when he was raiding our base with the other Hoolagans. He was off-duty at the time. Primavelo [am i spelling that right?] is witness to this, as he was the one dealing with my reports during these incidents.

Please provide proof and we can continue this. PS please use the format next time
